So many customers ask us if we can print car park permit stickers that they can write on. Answer is a definite YES. Our window sticker vinyls are completely suitable for writing on using either a normal biro or marker pen. We recommend a UV resilliant pen otherwise the sunlight does fade writing with normal pens quite quickly, certainly within a few months.
Our inks are UV resilliant so the colours will stay true and not fade easily when exposed to sunlight. We print onto either self-adhesive vinyl or static cling vinyl (also known as self cling vinyl).
We recommend removable self-adhesive vinyl option to our clients as this will stay put onto windscreens, but can still easily be peeled away within around 6 months of application when no longer required. The self cling option is your best bet if you wanted to have the option of moving the sticker from car to car or if you needed to guarantee to sticky residue. Only draw-back to the cling stickers can be when the car windscreen is not completely clean and free from dust and dirt (the dust acts as a barrier between the cling properties of the sticker and the glass which means it can peel away at the edges or even slip out of position).
For cost effective parking permit stickers keep to square or rectangle cut, but with prices starting from just £30 extra you can have circle cut stickers.
